Return Policy and Service Warranty


Computer Hardware, Software or Accessories

We want you to be 100% satisfied with your purchases and/or services from us. In any case you are not 100% satisfied, we offer a 30-day return policy for hardware and Software products purchased directly from us. Under this policy, you may return, within 30 days from purchase, hardware products or unopened software that you purchased directly from us for an in-store or on-site credit of the purchase price paid, less any shipping and handling.

Opened or Unsealed Computer Software

We want you to be 100% satisfied with your purchase; however, to minimize software piracy, we regret that we will not accept returns of opened or unsealed software. In case of defective software, you will need to contact the software manufacturer for replacement media.

Service Warranty and Guaranty

24 Hour Computer Services is committed to the satisfaction of all of our customers, and constantly finding ways to improve the services we provide.

If you are not satisfied with any work that has been done, please contact the management at kevin@24hrComputerServices.com and we will do everything possible to resolve the problem for you or your service charges will be refunded in full..

  • Equipment Service and Repairs are Warrantied against faulty workmanship for 30 days unless you are Warrantied under one of our programs where you would be Guarantied against infections for a period of time.
  • Viruses and Spyware are guaranteed to be removed when we complete our service. We warranty against Viruses and other Malwarefor 30 days ONLY with active Kaspersky protection ONLY. Warranty service is contingent on active Antivirus software with up-to-date Virus Definitions, and program dates will be checked to verify date of infection. Reinfected computers will be subject to normal service charges unless you are Warrantied under one of our programs, ask for details.
  • Parts used for repairs are generally subject to warranty, but vary by part and manufacturer or supplier. Please ask for information specific to the part that you have purchased.
  • Delivery and Shipping charges are not refundable.
